In circumstances where it is not possible to agree a fixed fee for the work to be undertaken, we will advise you of the applicable hourly rates of all individuals who are likely to be involved in your matter and provide a transparent estimate of the anticipated overall cost at the commencement of the engagement. Our hourly rates vary according to the qualifications, seniority, and experience of the personnel undertaking the work.

We can only provide an estimate of our fees once we have spoken with you and fully understood the nature and scope of the work you would like SeOn Solicitors LLP to undertake.

Criminal Litigation for those that do not qualify for assistance and representation under Legal Aid

• Private Magistrates’ Court representation starting from £850.00
